Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and manage a pipeline from internet leads, offering a Tickled, Delighted, Happy customer experience throughout the sales process. You will contact prospects, provide product and financing information, and schedule sales appointments.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, maintaining materials, and coordinating with Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; real estate license in Washington and Oregon required.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital/community reference materials and inventories.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and product offerings.
