Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator in Orlando to drive online lead generation and conversion, delivering a Tickled, Delighted, Happy experience throughout the sales process. You will engage customers across email, chat, phone, and online platforms to set appointments and move inquiries toward purchase.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining materials, guiding buyers through financing options, and collaborating with Marketing to update offerings.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt and effective communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Manage an Internet customer database, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic marketing distribution and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
