Lennar Lennar Sales Corp is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and maintain a sales pipeline from internet leads, ensuring a tickled, delighted, happy customer experience throughout the sales process.

The role drives online engagement across multiple platforms to convert inquiries into sales appointments and supports the Sales & Marketing team with product and community information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Responsabilités

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt and effective communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Manage an Internet customer database and outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and up-to-date product/community offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
