Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and maintain a high-quality online sales pipeline. You will engage customers across online platforms and convert inquiries into sales appointments, playing a key role in the Sales & Marketing team.

You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, provide timely information, and guide buyers through financing options and incentives. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Familiarity with real estate or homebuilding sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials and inventories.
• Guide customers through the sales process with information on homes, financing, and incentives.
• Own and manage an Internet customer database and coordinate with Marketing for campaigns.
