Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator in Charlotte to generate and manage online sales leads, guiding customers through the homebuying process and coordinating with marketing on digital offerings. Role requires strong communication and organizational skills and flexibility for weekend hours.

The position supports the Sales & Marketing team, handling inquiries across emails, live chat, and phone channels to convert interest into appointments and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales; telephone sales and real estate exposure a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Guide customers through the sales process with information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Maintain and update digital materials and inventory information.
