Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and maintain a robust online sales pipeline. You will engage customers via email, live chat, phone, and web forms to convert inquiries into sales appointments, supporting the Sales & Marketing team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach, with weekend availability and the ability to work from our Las Vegas communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, especially telephone and real estate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, financing options, and incentives.
• Manage Internet customer database and outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and up-to-date offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs; flexible hours including weekends.
