Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Maintain customer information in the CRM/database.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Generate website traffic analysis and lead sources.
• Provide excellent online, chat, and phone customer experience.
• Possess ability to work overtime and occasional overnight travel for training.
