Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, finance or related field
10+ years experience in financial services, preferably in Operations or Risk Management
In-depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and banking regulations
Ability to prioritise complex projects and adapt quickly in a matrixed environment
Strong communication with executives and regulators

Responsibilities

Design, implement and oversee the DCXM governance program for fraud, authentication and related risk areas
Lead cross-functional governance projects and ensure collaboration and benefits realization
Manage relationships with business owners, technology leads and risk partners
Advise stakeholders on risk program requirements and escalation paths as needed
Monitor and challenge performance of systems to mitigate fraud and risk
Foster partnerships across leadership, risk, legal, compliance and audit for clear objectives
