Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced governance leader to design and implement a comprehensive Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing (DCXM) Governance program. You will align risk management with enterprise program requirements and oversee regulatory adherence across client and teammate platforms.

You will direct engagements with DCXM leadership, governance and control, legal, compliance and audit to ensure strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent education and related training and work-related experience.
• 10+ years experience in financial services industry, preferably with a large financial services firm in Operations or Risk Management related areas.
• In depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and regulations in the banking industry.
• Ability to effectively prioritize complex projects and adapt quickly to new challenges in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically, overseeing details while seeing the big picture.
• Excellent leadership ability and sound decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen and organizational agility.
• Strong effective communicator with executive management and regulators.
• Profound sense of ethics and ability to handle pressure from all areas of the business.
• Executive level presence with expert verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer and oversee the fraud and authentication governance program for digital, branch and ATM platforms.
• Lead cross-functional risk and governance projects for DCXM to ensure collaboration and execution.
• Direct and oversee relationships with business owners and technology leads for governance initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders regarding new or changed business activity to fulfill risk program requirements.
• Monitor and challenge performance of current systems related to fraud and authentication.
• Promote ownership of gaps and risk, advising on remediation activities and escalation paths.
• Develop collaborative partnerships across division leadership, risk, legal, compliance, audit and other partners.
