Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a senior risk governance leader to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive DCXM governance program aligned with regulatory requirements and risk management standards. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and senior DCXM leadership to ensure effective risk controls and platform execution for client and teammate facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years experience in risk management or related field.
• Deep knowledge of risk disciplines and banking regulations.
• Ability to simplify complex issues into core causes.
• Strong understanding of business strategies and processes.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with significant risk.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt new perspectives.
• MBA or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee governance program aligned with risk management framework and policies.
• Lead reviews of division risks and industry trends for escalation to leadership.
• Manage internal/external testing, audits, and regulatory exams.
• Guide remediation activities and escalation paths for timely resolution.
• Coordinate monthly DCXM Risk Working Group and risk reporting to leadership.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses for aggregated risk issues and remediation.
• Collaborate with leadership to support monitoring and escalation of risks.
• Provide informed stakeholder responses on prioritized topics.
