Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior governance and risk professional to design and implement a comprehensive governance program for its DCXM portfolio. The role focuses on fraud, authentication, risk management, and regulatory adherence across digital, branch, and ATM platforms.

It requires guiding executive stakeholders and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and technology teams. The candidate will lead critical governance projects, manage relationships with business owners, and drive testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years experience in financial services with risk management or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and banking regulations.
• Ability to prioritize complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Excellent leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the fraud and authentication governance program for digital, branch and ATM platforms.
• Lead cross-functional risk and governance projects to deliver benefits.
• Manage relationships with business owners and technology leads for risk program initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on testing, risk requirements, and escalation paths.
• Monitor and challenge performance of systems to mitigate risk.
• Foster cross-division partnerships and present difficult topics to leadership.
