Job summary

Truist is seeking an senior governance professional to design and execute a DCXM governance program, aligning with risk management frameworks and enterprise requirements. This individual contributor role will coordinate with DCXM leadership, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Enterprise Tech to guide platform initiatives and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent education and training.
• 10+ years experience in financial services, preferably in Operations or Risk Management.
• In depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and regulations in banking.
• Ability to prioritize complex projects and adapt quickly in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to present to executives and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer and oversee the fraud and authentication governance program for digital platforms.
• Lead cross-functional risk and governance projects for DCXM to ensure engagement and benefits realization.
• Direct and oversee relationships with business owners and technology leads for governance initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on new or changed activities to meet risk program requirements.
• Monitor performance of systems related to fraud and authentication and drive improvements.
• Promote partnerships across divisions using clear communication and risk-based approaches.
• Present difficult topics and pivot to alternate solutions to achieve goals.
