Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced leader to design and govern a Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing (DCXM) Governance program. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Audit Services, and Enterprise Technology to align with risk management and regulatory requirements, serving as an individual contributor with strategic influence.

The role emphasizes oversight of fraud and authentication governance, stakeholder engagement across division leadership, and the ability to drive risk-aware decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 10+ years of financial services experience in Operations or Risk Management.
• Deep knowledge of risk disciplines and banking regulations.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership, judgment and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and governance program for fraud and authentication across digital, branch and ATM platforms.
• Lead cross-functional risk and governance projects to ensure collaboration and benefits realization.
• Manage relationships with business owners and technology leads to ensure risk plans and oversight.
• Advise stakeholders on new or changed activities to meet risk program requirements and escalation paths.
• Monitor systems and processes to identify risk and drive remediation strategies.
