Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior governance and risk leader to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive DCXM Governance program across digital, client experience and marketing platforms. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Audit Services and senior leadership to ensure regulatory alignment and enterprise policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years experience in risk management or related field.
• In depth knowledge of key risk disciplines and regulations in the banking industry.
• Ability to break down complex matters into core issues and root causes.
• Understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
• Ability to lead large projects of significant complexity and notable risk exposure.
• Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt new perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer and provide oversight to a defined governance program with focus on adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management framework, and corporate enterprise policies and standards.
• Lead reviews and priority ranking of division’s risks and industry trends for escalation to leadership.
• Lead and advise through internal/external testing, audits, and regulatory exams.
• Lead and coordinate risk reporting and remediation activities across DCXM with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit Services and senior leadership to ensure strategy success.
