Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA in Myrtle Beach, SC, has an immediate opening for a full-time Multimedia Account Executive. You will develop and implement digital and audio advertising strategies, create integrated proposals, and manage a full pipeline of client opportunities.

The role emphasizes prospecting, building new business, and delivering multi-platform presentations across broadcast, digital, and events. You will collaborate with management, hit sales targets, and expand our local and national advertiser

Qualifications

• 1–2 years media sales background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, CRM tools and online meeting platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Experience developing new business relationships in outside sales roles.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a full pipeline of sales prospects through networking, cold calls, canvassing, referrals, and other methods.
• Identify client needs and develop customized advertising solutions across digital and radio.
• Deliver multi-platform presentations (broadcast, digital, events); negotiate and close deals.
• Create advertising proposals and presentations with original ideas.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Follow procedures for orders, billing issues, and regular reporting.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
