WCCB-TV & BAHAKEL DIGITAL is seeking a Multimedia Account Executive to develop new advertisers and help local small business owners achieve their marketing goals.

As a media sales professional, you will blend advertiser messages with station content and digital marketing solutions, building relationships with clients across Mecklenburg, York, Union, Gaston and surrounding counties. This role emphasizes prospecting, planning, and closing deals with ROI-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, written and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Wide Orbit experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify local businesses in need of marketing services and build relationships to gain trust.
• Build customized campaigns that incorporate on-air mentions, interviews, graphics, and social media amplification.
• Manage client relationships and ensure seamless execution of integrated packages.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver ROI-focused reporting to clients.
• Prospecting, discovery and needs analysis, proposal planning, negotiation and closing.
