Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior role supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of outbound digital communications across the organization, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to define user stories and manage the team backlog, while maintaining feature integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years enabling/administrating marketing communications platforms for large cross-channel campaigns.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of coding with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Strong multitasking, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute day-to-day campaigns with QA, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics.
