CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the enterprise messaging platform initiatives. You will act as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS, shaping roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs while partnering with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in technical product leadership, experience with MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Technology, Management Consulting, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing or supporting enterprise marketing communication platforms.
• 5+ years delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, and consent management.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms.
• Serve as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs.
• Partners across Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations.
