Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Power Hardware Specialist to own and grow the Digital Power hardware business across the eastern half of the United States through the eOEM go-to-market. This commercial role combines technical depth with account management, targeting named eOEM accounts and developing new business in a fast-growing data center, AI infrastructure and manufacturing segment.

You will act as the DP hardware SME for the West eOEM commercial team, coordinate with distribution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware sales or eOEM commercial experience.
• Experience with power products like metering, switchgear, relays, or UPS.
• Experience managing distributor or OEM accounts and pricing (SPAs, LOQ).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and forecast accuracy.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own DP hardware activities for named accounts including SPA coordination.
• Coordinate with distributors on stocking, LOQ, lead times.
• Develop hardware opportunities with proximity and solution architecture teams.
• Serve as hardware SME for West eOEM commercial team.
