Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Digital Power Hardware Specialist to own and grow the Digital Power hardware business across the western half of the United States through the eOEM go‑to‑market. This commercial role blends technical depth with sales leadership for named accounts and new business development.

You will manage DP hardware activities, coordinate with partners, and serve as the hardware SME for the West eOEM commercial team, driving forecast accuracy and product expertise across metering,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardware sales, industrial distribution, channel management, or eOEM roles.
• Working knowledge of power products (metering, switchgear, relays, UPS or related).
• Experience managing accounts in distribution or OEM environments, including channel coordination and pricing (SPAs, LOQ).
• Strong organizational skills with multi-account prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Act as DP Hardware Specialist for a named portfolio of eOEM accounts in the West Region (up to ~10 accounts).
• Own DP hardware account activities: SPA coordination, channel and distributor management, LOQ and forecast management, and product expertise.
• Coordinate with distribution partners on stocking, LOQ processes, lead time, and order execution.
• Serve as hardware SME for the West eOEM commercial team and support opportunities outside the named list.
