Job summary

Schneider Electric's Digital Power commercial organization is hiring a Digital Power Hardware Specialist to own and grow the Digital Power hardware business across the eastern half of the United States through the eOEM go-to-market. This is a commercial role with a technical edge — built for someone who knows power hardware and how eOEM customers buy, with a portfolio mindset and strong partner engagement.

The role centers on named accounts, with direct engagement of distributors and end users,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hardware sales or eOEM roles.
• Experience in channel management and pricing (SPAs, LOQ).
• Knowledge of metering, switchgear, relays, or related electrical hardware.
• Experience with distribution or OEM account management.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Own DP hardware activities for a named portfolio of East Region eOEM accounts.
• Coordinate with distribution partners on stocking, LOQ processes, lead time management, and order execution.
• Develop opportunities outside the named list with proximity/solution architecture teams.
• Serve as hardware SME for the East eOEM commercial team and guide hardware decisions across opportunities.
