Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is hiring a Digital Power Hardware Specialist to own and grow the DP hardware business across the eastern half of the U.S. through the eOEM go-to-market.

This commercial role blends hardware expertise with account management and direct engagement with distribution partners and end users. You will lead a focused portfolio of named eOEM accounts, coordinate with channel partners on pricing and LOQ, and act as the hardware SME for the East eOEM commercial

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardware sales or eOEM roles.
• Experience with metering, switchgear, relays, or UPS.
• Experience managing distribution/OEM accounts and pricing.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-account management.
• CRM proficiency and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own DP hardware activities for named accounts: SPA coordination, channel management, LOQ and forecast management, and product expertise.
• Coordinate with distribution partners on stocking, LOQ, lead times, and orders.
• Serve as hardware SME for East eOEM commercial team.
• Support proximity and solution architecture teams with hardware guidance.
