Job summary

Schneider Electric's Digital Power hardware specialist role focuses on growing the Digital Power hardware business across the eastern United States for the eOEM segment. You will own the hardware portion within named accounts, manage distributors, forecast, and lead time, and collaborate with eOEM account managers on broader relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hardware sales, industrial distribution, channel management, or eOEM commercial roles.
• Working knowledge of power products — metering, switchgear, relays, UPS, or related electrical hardware.
• Experience managing accounts in a distribution or OEM environment, including channel coordination and pricing (SPAs, LOQ).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and demonstrated forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Named Account Portfolio management for a portfolio of eOEM accounts in the East Region (~10 accounts).
• Own DP hardware account activities: SPA coordination, channel and distributor management, LOQ and forecast management, and hardware product expertise.
• Coordinate with distribution partners on stocking, LOQ processes, lead time, and order execution.
• Support development of hardware opportunities outside the named accounts when proximity or solution architecture requires.
• Serve as the hardware SME for the East eOEM commercial team and assist other teams with hardware guidance.
