Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Digital Platform Territory Manager in Allentown, PA to lead a field-based sales process for iTero intraoral scanners across dental practices.

You will develop territory plans, drive adoption of digital platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize orthodontic and restorative workflows for enhanced patient care. The role requires 4+ years in sales or dental industry, CRM proficiency, travel readiness, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of Dental industry including implants, restorative and laboratories is preferred.
• Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position which includes lifting up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory overlaying with an established Invisalign Region, serving as a business partner to modernize and grow the iTero intraoral scanners install base.
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage your customers to adopt new digital processes and tools.
• Plan and execute a territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account and actively prospecting and pursuing new iTero opportunities in assigned territory.
• Hunt for new sales opportunities with current non-customers to expand market penetration and drive adoption of iTero solutions.
• Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, and dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions.
