Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Digital Platform Territory Manager in Denton, Texas, to drive adoption of the iTero intraoral scanners with general dentists and orthodontists.

You will partner with Align teams to modernize practices and promote high-quality restorative and orthodontic care. This field-based role requires a minimum of 4 years in sales, comfort with ROI discussions, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience; B2B, medical device, dental or related sales background is acceptable.
• Knowledge of the dental industry including implants, restorative and laboratories is preferred.
• Ability to discuss business cases (ROI, cash flow, P&L) and ask the right questions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication tools.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory overlaying an Invisalign region to grow the iTero install base and promote Align solutions.
• Use a consultative selling approach to encourage adoption of digital processes and tools.
• Plan and execute a territory plan; prospect new iTero opportunities in the assigned area.
• Hunt for new sales opportunities with non-customers to expand market penetration.
