Assurant, Inc. seeks a Manager, Digital Performance & Optimization to lead measurement, analysis, and optimization of critical digital experiences across our global business.

This data-driven leader partners with Marketing, Product, UX, CX, Technology, Analytics, and Operations to turn insights into growth and improved customer journeys. In this high-visibility role, you will build executive dashboards, define attribution models, and guide optimization initiatives that impact acquisition,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years in digital analytics, CRO, attribution or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or consumer-facing digital experiences.
• Expert knowledge of GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, tag management and A/B testing tools.
• Ability to translate data into compelling business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience collaborating across Product, UX, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Performance Strategy across priority digital platforms and customer journeys.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve customer experiences.
• Develop a holistic view of digital performance across the lifecycle (acquisition to renewal).
• Deliver actionable insights with executive dashboards and reporting.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations for decisions.
• Identify trends related to conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Drive optimization and experimentation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead conversion analysis, funnel diagnostics, and journey reviews.
• Develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Define KPI frameworks, reporting methodologies, and governance.
