The role sits near Cleveland, OH, collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to translate user behavior into measurable business impact and drive growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital analytics.
• Experience with GTM and GA4.
• Strong understanding of tracking, funnels, and attribution.
• Experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Measurement & Tracking across web properties and portals.
• Lead ownership of GTM implementation and data layer standards.
• Define growth insights and conversion optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
