You will integrate data sources, build dashboards, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences, driving measurable business value and marketing performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of advanced analytics or data science experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments (hypothesis testing, power analysis).
• Strong ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategies and analytical frameworks across digital marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize ROI.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, geo-based, lift studies) to measure incremental impact.
• Develop practical testing frameworks balancing rigor, complexity, and business goals.
• Integrate data across media, web analytics, and marketing tech for a unified view.
• Build dashboards and present insights to stakeholders and executives.
