Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York seeks a Manager of Digital Partnerships to lead a team of negotiators and associates from plan conception to execution. You will drive non-traditional partnerships and maximize communications across owned and earned media platforms.

You will guide client communications, oversee budgets and billing, and mentor junior staff while identifying innovative opportunities that align with client KPIs and MAGNA investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Understanding of media tools and syndicated tools.
• Ability to develop integrated marketing communication plans with traditional and non-traditional media.
• Experience managing workload across Associates and Negotiators.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and partnership needs, aligning with client KPIs
• Maintain daily client contact, manage requests, and foster relationships with media partners
• Present plan recommendations, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams
• Act as a key liaison, mentor associates, and ensure high-quality work standards
• Lead strategic media planning, participate in KPI and RFP development
• Manage partner negotiations, oversee budget and billing, and maintain campaign oversight.
• Provide guidance on reports and presentations, manage Analytics and Ad Ops relationship.
• Secure competitive marketplace pricing, foster strong media partner relationships, and apply knowledge of MAGNA's investment strategies.
