Initiative in New York seeks a Negotiator, Digital Partnerships to develop, recommend, execute and evaluate digital media plans from inception to completion with guidance from a Sr. Negotiator or Partnerships Manager.

The role collaborates with the Manager and Sr. Negotiator to craft plans that meet client budgets and objectives, building strong media partner relationships while optimizing campaigns and reporting outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology.
• Strong data analysis and market research knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiating skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with media planning tools and inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Attend partner meetings, maintain rapport, and provide clients with research data and media information.
• Collaborate with team to develop and manage digital media plans, guiding associates.
• Mentor and train associates to ensure strategy is integrated into media choices.
• Conduct industry research using media tools and develop RFPs with partners.
• Seek real-time opportunities to keep clients competitive and develop POVs.
• Oversee production timelines, creative development, and campaign implementation.
• Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, and manage budget allocation.
• Secure competitive pricing and build strong media partner relationships.
