Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior level role supports the implementation and optimization of digital communications used for outbound messaging, working with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will help define user stories, maintain the backlog, and ensure the features stay technically sound within an Agile Product Team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years enabling or deploying marketing communications platforms.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions.
• 3+ years with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years hands-on HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute, QA, monitor and optimize customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics.
• Define user stories and support team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
