Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Marketing Technology and Platforms team seeks a junior Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support outbound communications across the organization. You will handle day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of our digital messaging platforms, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years configuring marketing communications platforms for multi-channel messaging.
• 3+ years delivering technical solutions for marketing functions and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Execute, QA, monitor and optimize outbound customer communications daily.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support team backlog to align with goals.
