Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. You will support outbound communications, ensure quality, and optimize digital channels for customers across the organization.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Analytics in an Agile environment, defining user stories and maintaining the backlog while ensuring platform integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years deploying marketing communications platforms at scale.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SFMC components and data views.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance and optimization of digital communication platforms.
• Define user stories and support team backlog in Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Analytics and other teams.
• QA, monitoring and optimization of customer communications.
• Maintain thorough documentation and status updates.
