Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communications platforms.

In this junior level role, you will execute day-to-day messaging, perform QA, monitor performance, and collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics within an Agile product team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years experience with marketing communications platforms for large-scale cross-channel messaging.
• 3+ years experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor outbound customer communications daily.
• Perform quality assurance and optimization of digital messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics.
• Define user stories and maintain team backlog in Agile Product Team.
