Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Kansas seeks a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior level role supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms used for outbound messaging.

You will manage day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics in an Agile product team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, business, consulting, or IT.
• Experience enabling, administering, or deploying marketing communications platforms at scale.
• Experience enabling technical solutions for marketing functions, including consent management and cross-channel personalization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute, QA, monitor, and optimize customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics.
• Define user stories and support team backlog for Agile Product Team.
