The ideal candidate will manage planning, execution, optimization, and vendor relationships, delivering results and ROI while collaborating with the marketing team. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital media buying or performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns in paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager).
• Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, testing, reporting.
• Knowledge of CPC, CPL and other performance-based buying models.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with media strategy and targets.
• Oversee paid social campaigns: setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, optimization, reporting.
