Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns, driving new lead acquisition and written premium across channels including social, email, paid search, and more.

The ideal candidate is inquisitive, innovative, and motivated to improve campaign performance and ROI, collaborating with the media team to meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with email marketing, paid search, digital lead generation, or other performance media channels.
• Experience working within regulated industries requiring advertising, legal, or compliance review.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Drive profitability growth across media channels and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align investment with strategy and targets.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Support social pages and timely, compliance-approved consumer responses.
