Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns focused on lead generation and written premium across digital channels including social, email, and search. The role entails planning, execution, buying, optimization, and vendor management, with collaboration across the in‑house marketing team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) and other digital media buying platforms
• Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization, testing, and performance reporting
• Working knowledge of CPC, CPL and other performance-based buying models

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium
• Drive profitability growth across assigned media channels and campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with media strategy and targets
• Manage paid social campaigns including setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
• Collaborate with media team to align creative concepts and campaign learnings with channel strategies
• Provide routine reporting on campaign performance and pacing trends
