Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns across social, email, search, and other channels, driving new lead acquisition and written premium.

The role collaborates with the media team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, monitor budgets, test partners, and report performance. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital media buying and performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on paid social platforms.
• Understanding CPC, CPL and other performance-based buying models.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Drive profitability growth across assigned media channels and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with media strategy and targets.
• Manage paid social campaigns including setup, testing, targeting and reporting.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure brand standards.
