Qualifications

• Experience with digital media buying and paid social campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and testing across channels.
• Ensure compliance and brand standards in all assets.
• Provide routine performance insights to leadership.
