Job summary

Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns, driving new leads and written premium across social, email, paid search, and emerging channels. You will plan, execute, buy, optimize, and report on campaigns, collaborating with the media team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on paid social experience, CPC/CPL knowledge, and strong analytical skills to improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing, paid search, digital lead generation or other performance media channels.
• Experience with CAN-SPAM requirements and email deliverability.
• Experience in regulated industries requiring advertising compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance targets across media channels.
• Support social media campaigns, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and ensure brand/compliance alignment.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting and insights to leadership.
• Negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
