The role focuses on driving new leads, written premium, and ROI across multiple channels, while collaborating with the media team on creative concepts and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media buying and lead generation across multiple channels.
• Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization, testing and performance reporting.
• Exposure to CPC, CPL and other performance-based buying models.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, compliance and creative teams on campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with strategy and targets.
• Oversee paid social campaigns setup, testing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance on campaign messaging and brand standards.
• Provide routine reporting on performance and pacing to leadership.
