Corebridge Financial, Inc. is hiring a Digital Media Buyer to grow and optimize media campaigns across social, email, paid search, and other channels.

You will lead planning, execution, buying, optimization, and performance analysis to drive new leads and written premium, collaborating with the in-house media team to meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals. The role requires hands-on experience in paid social, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Experience managing campaigns in paid social platforms, esp. Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPL, and other performance-based models.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns designed to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align investment with media strategy, lead targets, and performance goals.
• Oversee paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative and copy testing, budget pacing, performance optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate on social pages and timely, compliance‑approved responses to consumer comments, as needed.
• Identify and test new media partners, platforms, audiences, campaign strategies, and opportunities to expand quality lead volume and improve performance.
• Provide routine reporting to the Director of Media and Marketing on campaign performance, optimization insights, challenges, opportunities, and pacing trends.
