Corebridge Direct is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to nurture, optimize, and grow media campaigns. This role focuses on driving new lead acquisition and written premium across social media, email marketing, paid search, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate combines curiosity, creativity, and data‑driven judgment to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
• Experience with CPC, CPL, and other performance-based models.
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating on digital creative and testing.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns to drive quality leads and written premium.
• Drive profitability growth across media channels and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with strategy and targets.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including setup, targeting, testing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support social pages creation and timely compliance-approved responses.
• Test new media partners, platforms, and audiences to expand lead volume and performance.
• Negotiate rates and terms to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Provide routine performance reporting and actionable optimization insights.
