Job summary

McAllen Jeep Inc. is seeking an Internet Representative to manage inquiries via online, phone, text, email, and chat. You will engage prospects, provide dealership and vehicle information, and convert leads to scheduled showroom appointments.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, and ensure a professional first impression throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to appointment confirmation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High accuracy data entry with fast typing.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with relevant tools or concepts depending on the role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Contact prospective customers to answer questions and discuss vehicle information and incentives.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments, including no-show handling.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the CRM.
• Perform outbound follow‑ups for leads and showroom visits.
• Use scripts and templates to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Send appointment reminders and vehicle/inventory information as needed.
• Monitor digital channels and push appointments to the CRM when scheduled.
• Support equity mining and service‑to‑sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity targets for appointments, shows, sales, and communications.
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
