Fiesta Chevrolet in Harlingen, TX is seeking an Internet Representative for our Business Development Center. You will respond promptly to online and other inquiries, engage prospects, and convert leads into scheduled showroom appointments, providing accurate vehicle information and a professional first impression.

You will maintain customer records in the CRM, follow up consistently, and pursue equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities while meeting monthly activity targets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership software and digital tools is beneficial.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries promptly.
• Provide vehicle information and answer questions to advance next steps.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments and showings.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the CRM.
• Follow up with buyers, leads, and service opportunities as needed.
• Use approved templates to ensure consistent communication.
• Send appointment reminders and share necessary links and options.
• Monitor messaging platforms and push scheduled appointments to the CRM.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and performance targets.
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
