Fiesta Chevrolet is seeking an Internet Representative in Mission, TX to engage online inquiries across chat, phone, email, and text. You will convert leads into showroom appointments, provide accurate vehicle information, and maintain comprehensive CRM records to ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through appointment confirmation.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries promptly.
• Answer questions, provide vehicle information, and discuss pricing/incentives as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
• Perform follow-up calls to maximize opportunities across channels.
• Use approved templates and scripts to ensure consistent communication.
• Send appointment reminders and helpful information to customers.
• Monitor responses from digital channels and push appointments into CRM.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and performance metrics for appointments and sales.
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
• Other duties as assigned.
