Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
• Familiarity with digital tools or platforms used in automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, calls, texts, emails, and chats promptly.
• Provide vehicle information and inventory details to customers.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments; follow up on no-shows or opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and notes in the CRM.
• Use approved scripts and templates to ensure consistent customer experience.
