Job summary

Fiesta Chevrolet is seeking an Internet Representative to engage online and offline inquiries, convert leads into showroom appointments, and maintain precise customer records in the CRM. You’ll deliver a professional first impression and support the sales process from initial contact through appointment confirmation.

The role requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting monthly targets. Training and OEM certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and related dealership systems.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities by contacting customers.
• Meet monthly activity and performance expectations, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Complete required OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
