Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years Life Sciences experience with lab operations or lab transformation.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS/ELN/LES and lab data integration.
• Foundational knowledge of validation, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory transformation workstreams across R&D, QC, and manufacturing labs.
• Translate objectives into delivery plans, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and ensure timelines and quality.
• Incorporate quality, regulatory, and validation considerations into solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level and coach team members.
• Support business development and contribute to offerings and assets.
